VIVIBIT Warranty Service Terms
Effective Date: March 16, 2026
Last Updated: March 16, 2026
These VIVIBIT Warranty Service Terms summarize the key service rules applicable to warranty requests, repair services, replacement handling, and related after-sales support for eligible VIVIBIT products.
These Warranty Service Terms should be read together with the VIVIBIT Product Warranty, which contains the complete warranty terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the VIVIBIT Product Warranty or any mandatory applicable law will prevail.
1. Service Scope
These Warranty Service Terms apply to eligible VIVIBIT hardware products purchased through:
-
the official VIVIBIT website; or
-
authorized VIVIBIT distributors, resellers, or sales channels.
Eligible products may include:
-
VIVIBIT main hardware devices;
-
VIVIBIT-branded standard accessories sold with or for such devices; and
-
selected bundled components, where expressly covered by VIVIBIT.
Your product serial number, order record, invoice, receipt, or other valid proof of purchase may be required for warranty verification.
2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchase documentation, or in a separate written agreement, the standard warranty periods are as follows:
| Warranty Category | Coverage | Standard Warranty Period |
|---|---|---|
| Main Hardware Devices | Eligible VIVIBIT hardware platforms and core products | 2 Years |
| Standard VIVIBIT Accessories | VIVIBIT-branded standard accessories | 1 Year |
| Third-Party Components | Third-party supplied storage media, modules, or other bundled components | Subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms |
The warranty period for repaired or replaced items generally follows the remaining warranty period of the original product, unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.
3. Return and Exchange Service Window
If a product develops a covered performance issue within the applicable return or replacement period stated in the applicable purchase channel rules, local law, or VIVIBIT Return & Exchange Policy, you may be eligible for return, replacement, repair, or other after-sales service.
Return and exchange services may vary depending on:
-
the country or region of purchase;
-
the sales channel or platform used;
-
the product category;
-
the nature of the reported issue; and
-
applicable mandatory local law.
Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are generally valid only in the original country, region, or sales channel of purchase unless otherwise required by law or approved by VIVIBIT.
4. Before Requesting Warranty Service
Before submitting a product for warranty inspection, repair, replacement, or return, please make sure that you:
-
back up all important data, files, logs, settings, credentials, and configurations;
-
remove sensitive, confidential, regulated, or personal information where appropriate;
-
remove any non-original or user-installed parts unless we specifically request them;
-
keep your proof of purchase and product identification information available;
-
contact VIVIBIT first and obtain service instructions before shipping any product.
VIVIBIT is not responsible for loss of personal data, configuration loss, or damage to user-installed parts that were not originally included with the product unless otherwise required by law.
5. Repair Service Guidelines
If your product is eligible for repair service:
-
you generally only need to return the affected product or malfunctioning component, subject to our instructions;
-
you should not include accessories, drives, modules, or add-ons that were not originally supplied or specifically requested;
-
you must package the returned product appropriately to prevent transit damage;
-
you must follow the return address and shipping instructions provided by VIVIBIT.
For products that are found to be outside warranty coverage, VIVIBIT may offer paid repair service where available, subject to your prior approval of applicable repair, shipping, inspection, or parts charges.
6. Information Required for Warranty Service
To help us process your request efficiently, you may be asked to provide:
-
your name;
-
contact information;
-
shipping address;
-
order number or invoice;
-
product name and model;
-
product serial number;
-
proof of purchase;
-

-
