You can easily track your order using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with real-time tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number and an updated delivery estimate.

We understand that changes happen. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

  • Local processing – The majority of data is processed directly on your device, ensuring fast response times and robust privacy protection.
  • Optional cloud integration – For advanced features like remote access, multi-device synchronization, or AI‑powered analytics, you can opt into secure cloud processing.

You remain in complete control at all times.

VIVIBIT systems are designed to give users control over their data.

By default, the vast majority of your data remains on your local device.

If you choose to enable cloud features, only the specific data necessary for those features will be securely stored on encrypted servers.

Most eligible products can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories. Non-returnable items include configured/customized products, items that have been installed or activated, and final sale items. For non-defective returns, return shipping costs and reasonable restocking fees may apply. For more details, please refer to the Return & amp;Exchange Policy.

Please contact our support team for authorization first—do not send any item back without approval. Exchanges are subject to product availability. For configured or customized items, exchanges are only allowed if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In some cases, we may recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the replacement item. The warranty covers product failures caused by material or workmanship defects under normal use within 3 years (major hardware) or 1 year (standard accessories) from the date of purchase. VIVIBIT will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide other reasonable remedies.
